Can you provide pedigree for products I buy?

Absolutely. Reliance can provide you with a pedigree for every single product that we sell. We have been VAWD (Verified-Accredited Wholesale Distributor) certified since 2007. Our Compliance Department works diligently to make sure we stay current with all of the laws and regulations in all 50 states. How does Reliance have a product that I cannot get?

Most facilities have one primary wholesaler/distribution center that they can order their drugs and supplies from. We have a purchasing department that communicates with a network of wholesalers nationwide. As soon as you call us with details of an item you need, our purchasing department is able to reach our vendor network quickly to locate what you need, saving you lots of valuable time!

Have the products been properly stored and handled?

Yes, our compliance team is dedicated to maintaining the highest standards in the industry. All our products are stored, shipped, and handled according to manufacturer specifications.

How do we set up an account?

Set-up for your initial order is quick and easy - a Reliance representative can help with this. You can set up a User Account on our Quick Quote page or call us at 1.866.210.1591 and ask to speak with one of our representatives. Also, our Accounting Department is available and ready to work with you on registration or credit approval process.

How fast can I receive an order I place with you?

In most cases, we can get your order to you for the next morning, even on Saturdays. We can also provide same-day delivery if it is needed. Your Reliance representative will be happy to provide you with tracking and delivery confirmations.
